Description
A window shutter opens on Jupiter. Then the job.
Work order WO-0147: the coolant pump on berth B-01 of the Jovian Waystation has stopped. The part has arrived at locker A-17. Nobody has gone for it. Mia, the berth dispatcher, gives you the job. You collect a lockout key and write your name on the tag, shut a feed valve, calibrate the part, isolate the pump, replace the cartridge and run the test: 1.8 A, 1800 rpm, 8 L/min. The run record is recertified. Mia signs. Pay is 80 cr.
Then three departure checks, a work vessel, and the waystation behind you.
It takes about 10 minutes. There is no combat, no clock on screen and no way to fail. Nobody explains the world.
What is in it
- About 10 minutes, start to finish. It ends.
- One repair, done in order: lockout key, feed valve, calibration, isolation, replacement, test run, recertification, report.
- Six rooms to walk: Observation, Berth Deck, Crew Quarters, Lab 2, Stores, Engine Access.
- First person or third person. Switch at any time.
- Twelve small things to pick up. One line each. None of them is a lore entry.
- One dispatcher. Mia is brief, a little tired, and fair.
About the developer
Quiet Berth is the one-person studio of Lee Kanghoun, who makes games alone in South Korea.
The game's setting comes from the developer's own RUIN project: a code repository of simulations and written fiction about ports, gates and paperwork in a settled solar system.
AI-assisted content
This game uses AI-assisted content. All of it was made before release and ships with the game as ordinary files; nothing is generated while you play.
- 3D models. The waystation exterior, satellites, work vessel, gate ring, furniture and character models were generated with Tripo from text prompts and retopologised with Tripo's own tools. The developer scaled them to real dimensions and placed them in Blender and Unreal Engine. Some props and background textures were built in Blender, with scripts that were also written with AI assistance.
- Music. Every music cue was generated with Suno, then selected, cut and timed to the scenes by the developer.
- Code and text. The game's code, its Korean and English on-screen text, and the text of this website were written with the help of an AI language model (Claude) and reviewed by the developer.
- The developer's own. The story and the setting are the developer's original work, and every decision about what to keep was the developer's.
